Celebrate new beginnings with Barrell Bourbon New Year 2025, a cask strength bourbon that blends expertly selected straight bourbon whiskeys aged between 5 and 15 years. This limited-edition release, bottled at 112.1 proof (56.05% ABV), features a complex, full-bodied flavor profile enhanced by its diverse origins, with whiskey sourced from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming, and more. The derived mash bill includes a bold combination of 75% corn, 20% rye, and subtle notes of malted barley and wheat. Each sip reveals the nuanced layers of toasted oak, caramel, and spice, perfect for bourbon enthusiasts looking for a distinctive and rare bourbon release. This 750ml bourbon is an annual celebration of craftsmanship and innovation.
