Azul Imperial Classic Blanco Tequila is born in Jalisco, Mexico, crafted from blue agave grown in the distillery’s own fields where each harvest reflects the character of a single plot of land. Founded by Macrina Montes, this tequila is slow-steamed, carefully crushed, naturally fermented, and double distilled to preserve purity and terroir. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV, it remains crystal clear and expressive, staying true to its origins.

On the nose and palate, bright cooked agave leads the way, followed by soft smoke, white pepper, fresh citrus, and a subtle green olive note that adds depth without weight.
